1. Platform Role & Nature

• Rarita is a marketplace platform connecting independent buyers and sellers of rare and collectible items.
• Rarita does not own, sell, or control listed products.
• All transactions occur directly between users.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts.
• You are responsible for your account and its activity.
• Accurate information and KYC may be required.

3. Marketplace Mechanisms

• Buy Now: Instant purchase at listed price.
• Bidding: Sellers can accept or reject offers.
• Auctions: Highest bidder wins.
• Auto-bidding supported up to max limit.

4. Payments & Escrow

• Full payment required upfront.
• Funds held securely in escrow.
• Released after verification approval or no dispute within 48 hours.

5. Verification System

• Sellers must upload a clear product verification video.
• Buyer must approve before shipping.
• Rarita may reject incomplete or misleading verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is handled via third-party logistics partners.
• Dispatch is required within 48 hours after approval.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Disputes

• 48-hour dispute window after delivery.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
• Only valid cases such as mismatch or counterfeit are accepted.
• Rarita's decision is final.

8. Fees & Pricing

• Prices are market-driven and may vary based on demand.
• 1 RC = ₹5.
• Seller fee is the higher of 1% of transaction value or platform-defined RC fee.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, fake listings, and non-payment are strictly prohibited.
• Off-platform transactions are not allowed.
• System abuse or manipulation may lead to penalties or bans.

10. Liability & Legal

• Rarita is not liable for user actions or product quality.
• Liability is limited to the transaction value.
• All matters are governed by Indian law.
